SPECIAL REQUESTS ARE FOR DESIGNS THAT WE HAVE BUT ARE NOT LISTED.  A SPECIAL REQUEST IS NOT FOR A DESIGN THAT WE DO NOT OWN AND HAVE TO PURCHASE, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THAT.  A SPECIAL REQUEST IS NOT FOR A CUSTOMIZED DESIGN.  WE PURCHASE ALMOST ALL OF OUR DESIGNS FROM DESIGNERS, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ALTER THEM.  IF A SPECIAL REQUEST IS PLACED FOR AN ITEM THAT WE HAVE NOT DISCUSSED PREVIOUSLY OR KNOW NOTHING ABOUT, IT WILL BE CANCELLED AND REFUNDED.
